When a report is finalised a Bangla PDF is produced with a QR on it. A patient or doctor who scans it opens a public page showing only the centre, a masked name, the test name and the date — never a result value. Fake reports are caught, and patient privacy is preserved.
Large discounts, charge voids or comps — only the owner/admin can do them, with a reason, and everything is audit-logged (who, how much, why). The day’s collection report and the cash book’s takings match exactly — no room to hide the numbers.
Standalone pharmacy software is everywhere.
